During the next seven weeks you will get to explore how you can nurture and nourish yourself in new ways. This is an adventure where you learn the magic of choosing yourself again and again and practice offering yourself the permission to be messy, to not get it right, to stumble and get back up again.   

During our seven weeks together, I will invite you on a gentle inner journey filled with weekly exercises, healing and guidance to connect you back into your deep inner wisdom and open your heart to the unconditional love it deserves.

When we love and accept ourselves for who we are, we deepen our ability to love and be loved. We embody our power, our full potential and we open to receive the riches of the universe.

    Exploring how we deeply nurture and nourish ourselves, what gets in the way of this and healing old patterns of self-sabotage.

  • Week two

    FORGIVENESS

    Exploring how to let go of guilt and shame, seeing what still has you hooked and releasing its power.

  • Week three

    COMPASSION

    Exploring the beauty found within gentleness and compassion. Seeing where you can invite more softness into your life.

  • Week four

    BOUNDARIES

    Exploring our boundaries to see how healthy and strong they are. Practising putting our needs first.

  • Week five

    JOY

    Seeking out Joy in your life. Looking for a bit fun and enjoying ourselves - just for the sake of it. Understanding where we give ourselves permission to do this and where we hold back.

  • Week six

    BEAUTY

    Exploring beauty in ourselves and our lives. Where we recognise it and let it in and where we choose not to.

  • Week seven

    OUR STORIES

    Uncovering our stories and identities that block our ability to truly love ourselves, whether that is imposter syndrome, a feeling of being deeply unworthy or other wounds. The final week is one of deep healing and release.
