Getting Real with Ourselves
Letting your light shine is one of the most powerful moves you will ever make. Yet isn't it fascinating how we've each mastered our own unique ability of being visible, while remaining partly unseen? Yet, true visibility is the gateway to your soul's liberation. It is your essence, pure and unfiltered, a sacred reflection of Source itself.
For anyone who is a little tough on themselves, this one is for you.
Have you ever had a simple question cross your path - at the perfect time - that helps reshape how you see yourself? A beautiful friend and mentor of mine recently asked me that very question. "What would it take for you to live without struggle?"
All I need is a helmet and some confidence!
I loved the simplicity of it. It made me laugh and reflect on my approach to life and how sometimes I can overthink and over complicate things.
Do you feel worthy enough to have what you want?
Where do you hold blocks to your abundance? When you dream your big dreams… do you feel worthy enough to have what you want?
What’s love got to do with it?
We are taught how to love ourselves and what love looks like from a young age – so then we expect it to show up in our lives a certain way. And when it doesn’t we lose faith, feel wrong done by or believe we are to blame.
It’s okay to say no
Choosing you and what is important to you is not selfish, it is a form of self-love.
Letting go
Attachment. A big teacher if you are willing to go there. In theory it makes sense. Less attachment equals less stress when things don’t turn out as you wanted them too.
The world is going through a reset. Are you?
Have you noticed the stillness in the air recently. Everyone in lockdown. Streets empty. And a gentle stillness spreads quietly around the world.
Who do you give your power to?
I see this happening a lot. We give our power away to others. Sometimes consciously. Sometimes unconsciously.
